Consuming apps may need a packaging rule for a resource merge conflict

The bcprov-jdk18on and opentelemetry-exporter-common versions in this release both ship a file at the same path (META-INF/versions/9/OSGI-INF/MANIFEST.MF), which can cause mergeDebugJavaResource (or the release equivalent) to fail with a duplicate-file error.

If you hit this, add the following to your app's build.gradle.kts:

        }
    }
}

This is an app-level fix. It can't be resolved from within the SDK itself, since resource merging only happens at final APK assembly.
