Backend Update

1. If known, Primary Specialty will appear first in the list of provider specialties.
2. When coordinates are not provided to the Provider Search, search results will default to being sorted by relevance instead of erroring.
3. Resize small image icons to 450x300 pixels (ETA Nov 6).
4. Fix error thrown when getImmunization and getVitalSigns had null Encounter ID.
5. Implement a new error message if a call to getHealthSummary endpoint fails.
