interpretationentries with a coding.systemof http://terminology.hl7.org/CodeSystem/data-absent-reason (code: unknown) are now suppressed from getObservations, getLabs, getVitalSigns, getDeviceMetricsresponses. Clients consuming interpretation from these queries should expect this field to be absent where it previously returned an unknown value.
