• get_upcoming_appointments retrieves both appointments and encounters for future appointments, also extended date range from 90 to 365 days
• Added a standardized date header to the output of FHIR record and patient summary tools to provide temporal context for LLM consumers.
• Automatically filter out invalid parameters from tool calls, preventing validation errors when clients pass parameters that don't belong to a given tool
