Identity
Tools for verifying a user's identity to IAL2 (identity-assurance-level-2), enabling connections authorized by
the caller's own verified identity rather than portal credentials or OAuth. Draws from the identity module in
mcpfhiragent/mcp_servers/tools/ (split out of search_connections in EA-2514, since identity verification is a
distinct concern from data-source connection management).
